Avocado: If an avocado is too ripe, do not throw it away. Make a puree and apply to the face for 20 minutes. Rinse with cold water. If your skin is extremely dry, repeat 2 times per week.
Fruit gel: Mix 1 tablespoon of unflavored gelatin with 1/2 cup of apple juice. Put in the microwave for one minute or until it is dissolved. Put the gelatin in the refrigerator. Right before it sets, apply it on your face. Wait until it dries, and wash your face with cold water.
Sunflower oil: Apply to the face to prevent skin from losing moisture.
Mashed carrots: For chapped or dry skin, apply cold mashed carrots on the affected area.
Potato and olive oil: Mix one tablespoon of grated potato, one teaspoon of olive oil, and 1/2 teaspoon of natural yogurt. Apply over clean, dry skin. Let it work for 15 minutes. If your skin is cracked, do not use the yogurt.
